We are more than a pair of boxing gloves and pads; we are a family run boutique-studio offering our clients personalised and supportive programs/classes with passion.

  • Owned and operated by husband and wife team; Nick Tetoros, a former World Kickboxing Champion and Head Trainer and Tonia Tetoros, managing the operations of the business.

Duties and Responsibilities

We are looking for the ‘right-fit’ for our team. You will be required to demonstrate exercises in a professional and user-friendly manner. You have a strong desire in assisting clients with achieving their fitness goals while offering professional and safe-use practice advice on our programs and services. You must be seriously confident and be able to build rapport easily, as we are a strong community and family-orientated studio with honesty and integrity being high on our list of values for our clients. 

You will be required to deliver high energy, fun, and motivating boxing training for private and group sessions and provide sound-advice on boxing equipment and attire that are sold in the studio. Our clientele are high-level executives, athletes, private students, and health-care professionals who demand and deserve the very best from their trainers. The ideal candidate will also have a knack for being on camera to film fun fitness projects. 

Key Attributes, Education & Work-Experience Requirements 

  • Love inspiring and helping people get the best out of each session 
  • 3+ years Fitness/PT Experience 
  • Australian citizen or permanent resident 
  • Available to work 3 days p/week min
  • Certificate III in Fitness and Certificate IV in Personal Training (required)
  • Current Level 2 First Aid and CPR certificate (required)
  • Insurance 
  • Boxing Course Certificate (advantageous)
  • ABN number
  • Professional, punctual, willing to have fun, and be highly enthusiastic. 
  • Outstanding interpersonal, organisational and communication skills. 
  • Valid ‘Employee Class Working with Children Check’ (willingness to obtain)
