We are looking for an amazing Studio Captain at our F45 Training Birkdale Studio! Come and join our team & work in a fun, team training environment!

We are looking for someone who is truly passionate about F45 and helping others achieve their goals while having a great time doing it. We are looking for a Studio Manager who has the experience to run group classes with a high energy level and motivate our clients as best possible, as well as managing the studio team and administration. 

F45 Studio Manager experience essential!

Hours

38 Hour a week Salary Position as a Manager/Trainer Studio Manager 

Responsibilities

• Conduct and instruct motivational F45 group classes
• Build strong rapport with clients and provide excellent customer service at all times
• Manage the studio team and create an exciting/motivating team culture
• Sales management and tracking to support the growth of the business
• Daily functions and upkeep of the studio
• SALES: Assist in new Clients signing up to a membership (commission-based). 
• Social Media Management 
• Rostering, Invoicing, System management
• General administration tasks

Must Have's

• 1+ year's of Studio Managing experience 
• Experience In Personal Training or Group Fitness
• Cert III in Fitness + First Aid Certified
• Extremely passionate about the F45 brand and changing members lives
• Loyal, honest and always willing to go the extra mile
• Passionate about fitness and represents the F45 values
• Highly energetic and can build great rapport
• Keen to learn new skills and develop themselves!
