At Genesis Health and Fitness Gympie we are excited to announce that we are looking for a Fitness Manager to lead our fast-growing Coaching Zone. As the Fitness Manager, you will get the chance to lead and develop our team of coaches and deliver great coaching sessions to over 100 members as well as run your own PT business inside the club rent-free. If you’re passionate about helping members, developing coaches and want to make a name for
yourself in a fast-growing company, then this is the perfect opportunity for you. Experience in the industry is required.

About the role:

1. You will be employed on a permanent part-time basis to run coaching sessions, develop your team, onboard members and learn how a business works from the ground up!
2. You need the skills and charisma that will engage members to love being in your sessions.
3. We will support you in terms of development and training, that along with our existing systems will enable you to be an awesome Fitness Manager.
4. We want your personality and flair to take you and your team of coaches/trainers to the next level.

What We Are Looking For (Essential):

• Proven ability to run a successful PT business

• Certificate IV in Fitness
• Current First Aid and CPR
