ABOUT THE ROLE

As Club Manager, you will have a broad responsibility across all facets of the business each day to attend to and manage. This is an exciting role that provides a diversity of experience in running a highly successful Club.

You will be mentored and guided in the Anytime Fitness processes and systems and take ownership of driving membership sales, overseeing gym operations and implementing a range of retention strategies to service members and increase the club's profitability and performance. In addition, opportunities will be presented to up-skill and learn other areas of the business.

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE

  • Lead by example and take ownership of the club's success
  • Achieve KPIs and sales targets
  • Proactively seek out and generate new sales leads and referrals
  • Develop and implement marketing and sales plans
  • Create a vibrant, fun & positive club culture
  • Promote the club brand and image within the local community
  • Maintain and promote Anytime Fitness on social media
  • Manage a team of Personal Trainers/Trainees
  • Maintain cleanliness/tidiness of the club
  • Ensure processes and guidelines are followed at all times

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven sales experience and ability
  • Fitness Industry experience
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A passion for fitness, health and wellness
  • Target-driven and understand the importance of achieving set targets
  • Ability to plan and follow a schedule when required
  • Ability to learn and follow new systems & processes
  • Well presented and professional
  • Friendly personality and likeable disposition 
  • A desire to create a fun and vibrant culture within the club
  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
