Dominance MMA is one of Melbourne's premier mixed martial arts gyms focusing on Muay Thai, BJJ, MMA and wrestling for kids, teens and adults. We pride ourselves on having a positive culture and tight-knit community creating an inclusive place for people to pursue their passion in martial arts, whether this is as a recreational student, pro fighter, coach or staff member.

JOB DETAILS

• Casual role leading to permanent
• Monday & Friday 6am to 9am
• Monday & Friday 11am to 2pm
• Pathway to manager role

This role is extremely varied and highly autonomous. It includes everything from membership sales and retention, administration support, customer service, cleaning, stock control and daily gym management support tasks under the guidance of the Director and Head Coach.

• Exceptional customer service with demonstrated experience

• Sales experience a plus
• A desire to learn and grow both professionally and personally
• Strong attention to detail

Industry experience is not essential although some knowledge or experience training in either Muay Thai or BJJ is preferred!
