Vibe Health Club is currently seeking high-performing Membership Sales Consultants for our Blacktown location!

As a Membership Consultant, your primary responsibility will be achieving individual and team goals and targets as set out by the Membership and Club Managers.

The role involves prospecting, touring, closing and getting referrals for future sales. You will actively seek new business for the club, representing the facility and Vibe Fitness in a positive and professional manner.

What we offer:

• Full-time role
• Our 3-day comprehensive induction provides extensive training
• We'll also support you with daily meetings & catch-ups
• Ongoing monthly sales training is provided

Remuneration:

• Base salary $38K-$40K - OTE $50K
• Monthly commission $700-$1500/month when achieving targets

To be successful you must:

• Possess excellent communication skills
• Have a passion for health and fitness
• Enjoy helping people start their goals
• Be seeking full-time work
• Be flexible with work hours and accommodating to a rotating roster
• Be able to work alone as well as in a team environment
• Ability to do promotional work within the local shopping centre

Ideally, you will have previous sales experience but experience is not essential. Our 3-day comprehensive induction provides extensive training.
