We need an experienced Studio Manager to lead Core9 Fitness West End into the next phase of its expansion.

What we are looking for:

• A passionate fitness and wellbeing professional who brings great energy and loves making a difference in peoples lives.
• Demonstrated experience in the management of a fitness facility.
• Appropriate qualifications - Ideally Diploma or higher.
• Must have group training experience.
• Demonstrated success in sales and relationship development, including with the local business community.
• Team management and development skills - We have a great crew and collaboration is very important to us.
• A good listener and a good planner - we're here to get things done and create something special

Key Responsibilities:

• To foster an environment of positive energy, inclusiveness, and community within the studio at all times.
• To manage, develop, and when needed, recruit for the team.
• Lead and drive our sales and marketing campaigns to grow our membership base, whilst retaining our awesome existing members.
• Conduct classes to ensure you are immersed and engaged in the day-to-day energy of the studio.
• Full budget and P&L responsibility.
• Ensure the premises are safe and impeccably maintained for our valued members - it needs to reflect our premium brand.
