F45 Training Chatswood is looking for a passionate Studio Manager with experience to work with our team on delivering the best customer experience and results to our clients. 

The exact role will depend on the candidate's experience and ambitions, but there is room to develop professionally in the fitness industry with us!

For this role, you will be working closely with the studio owner and the rest of the team to continue to drive the strong culture which has been built and also be pivotal in the growth of the business.

The F45 model is built on having enthusiastic trainers who are truly motivated, customer-focused people who care about the health and well-being of our clients and also go the extra mile to ensure clients get the best service and experience possible.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality, results-focused F45 group fitness classes and drive results for members.
  • Help develop the marketing strategy and execution of the studio
  • Drive sales within the business through a range of strategies internal and external
  • Manage the relationship between current customers as well as prospects
  • Execute events and feed into the overall business strategy
  • Develop and help foster a positive, motivational and community-based team-training environment.
  • A willingness to work flexible hours and eager to be actively involved in growing the business.
  • Work closely with the team to ensure that all aspects of the business are operating at the highest level.
  • Assist in completing fitness appraisals, pre-exercise screening/evaluation and administrative duties.

Experience and Qualifications:  

  • Experience in group fitness training is preferred
  • Certificate III or IV in Fitness
  • Senior First Aid Certificate
  • Experience managing customers and sales preferred
  • Marketing and event execution preferred
