We operate out of 4 state-of-the-art private facilities across Perth, located in Wanneroo, Yangebup, Morley and South Perth.

We help people boost their confidence and build self-belief using strength training.

PPS offers Semi-Private Coaching, 1-1 Personal-Training, Tailored Nutrition and Personal Accountability to help the 'Non-Gym' person Transform their Bodies & Minds.

Our mission over the next 5-years is to help raise the standard of professionalism in the fitness industry.

We aim to do this by 'putting the Personal back into 'Personal Training' and treating our clients like 'Names - Not Numbers.

About the role

Our Coaches are responsible for helping our clients achieve epic results and delivering world-class customer service.

This particular role will involve coaching Men’s Small Group and 1:1 Sessions specifically.

Other responsibilities will include:

• Running 1-1 and Semi-Private Coaching Sessions
• Coaching clients online
• Writing Custom Nutrition Plans
• Providing Weekly Accountability
• Creating Educational Content for Members
• Membership Sales and Lead Follow Up
• Conducting Initial Consultations & Movement Screens
• Community building activities
• General Studio Maintenance and Up-Keep

The role starts as part-time with the opportunity to move to full-time in the future, as well as the opportunity to work toward becoming a Head-Coach/Manager.

(Availability required: Mon - Fri: 5.00am - 11.00am and Friday afternoon: 4pm - 6.30pm)

**Additional office hours are available for a candidate with sales skills and administrative experience to help make this a full-time role

Skills and experience

Min Cert IV in Fitness is required and experience coaching clients with strength and body composition is essential.

People skills and being an excellent communicator are also a must.

Professionally we would seek someone who has experience in a similar role but wants greater security and opportunity to grow.

Our coaches typically have an interest or have participated in Powerlifting and/or Bodybuilding.
