Skygym Gymea is a state-of-the-art functional training facility based in the middle of the Sutherland Shire.

As a new brand Skygym has huge growth plans, we are looking for an energetic and enthusiastic club manager to head up our first club in Gymea, our head office location. Our club manager will lead a fantastic team of coaches and will have the skills and drive to build the club's membership through strong interpersonal and communication skills.

This is a full-time position with a "very attractive incentive package" inclusive of base + commission and an opportunity for profit share. Skygym is a brand like no other with wonderful opportunities for career advancement in a fast-growing environment. Our major focus is member results and customer experience. We deliver Functional training, Boxing conditioning, and Mat Pilates classes.

The successful applicant will have:

• 1+ years of club or Studio Management experience 
• Knowledge of the membership sales process (additional training provided) 
• Group Training Experience (Minimum Certificate 3 in Fitness) 
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written) 
• A solid understanding of all social media platforms 
• a current First Aid qualification 

A combined background in membership sales and group training management is favorable.
