F45 Training Balwyn is seeking motivated trainers to join the team and one of the country's best fitness communities as an integral part of the growth of our studio and have the ability to rapidly progress into a senior position if desired.

$30 - $45 per hour 

You will be well supported by our Management Team, be provided with in-house training and have clear succession for growth and development in the fitness industry to help you grow and accelerate your career.

Responsibilities:

• Ensuring a consistently high standard of excellence is delivered every session.
• Providing member goal setting and mentoring based on our in-house Member Mapping process.
• Responsible for membership acquisition and retention, including conducting referral/lead generation activities.
• Assist Management in social media, class scheduling, trainer rostering, administrative and operational procedures.

Must Have's:

• Cert III in Fitness + First Aid Certified (Cert IV or equivalent highly desirable).
• 1+ Years Experience In Personal Training or Group Fitness (preferred for Head Trainer).
• Extremely passionate about the F45 brand and changing members' lives.
• Passionate about fitness
• Excited to learn and uplevel skills.
• Highly energetic and can build great rapport.
