About Us

We need some fabulous Group Fitness Instructors to join our growing team of superstar instructors at InnerFit! 

You must be passionate, highly energetic, motivated and reliable.

InnerFit is an owner/operated gym in Leichhardt offering a progressive and positive environment. We have a wonderful community of members of all ages and levels.

We offer around 90 group classes a week in Reformer Pilates, Mat Pilates, Yoga, Barre, Aerial Yoga & Fitness, Spin, Boxing, Strength and Conditioning.

Looking specifically to fill some permanent classes for reformer, mat and spin but other classes are also possible.

About the Role

We pay a set rate per class $50 - $70

The focus would be on an ability to motivate and inspire our member community while providing and ensuring effective, safe and fun training with the correct technique.

What we Need from You

• Certificate 3 or/and certificates in your specific group fitness specialty
• Current First Aid & CPR
• A passion for health and fitness
• Self Motivation
• Reliability
• Eligible to work in Australia full-time
• ABN
• The ability to work and grow with a team
