About the Role

Your days will include a mix of leading classes, growing and retaining a dynamic member base, social media and staff management. A varied role with a permanent salary - a rare find in the fitness industry!

The offering: 

• Competitive annual remuneration based on full-time hours. Must enjoy 5 am starts and have morning/evening/weekend availability for a flexible roster
• Leading high-quality group training classes 
• Member acquisition and retention
• Completing client fitness appraisals, and body scans and coordinating 8 Week Challenges
• Actively seeking new membership opportunities and conducting referral/lead generation activities
• Contributing to social media/marketing content and planning
• Completing administration associated with memberships

Skills and Experience

• Experience in group fitness or personal training
• Experience building and maintaining client relationships
• Ideally, you will have experience in sales and/or management within a gym/fitness environment, F45 experience would be a bonus!
• Competent with social media 
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to handle the business side of running a studio 
• Motivated to work toward targets
• Certificate 3/4 in Fitness; 
• Current CPR and First Aid Certificates
