The Role:

• The Club Manager is accountable for the operations of the Club and is responsible for a number of key outcomes within the business.
• The position plays a significant role in planning, drives sales and profitability, provides leadership, supervision and development to subordinate Club staff and manages/oversees personal training and group fitness contractors.
• It is responsible for ensuring a high standard of service is provided to members and that all related activities are managed in a commercial and cost-effective manner - delivering on Snap Fitness’ brand signatures and achieving Snap’s goal of being ‘Australia’s Trusted Workout’.

To be considered successful in the role:

• Certificate III or IV in fitness (highly desirable not essential)
• First Aid/CPR certificate
• Working with Children
• Police Check Certificate
