The Genesis Fitness Personal Training Or Coaching Program Experience

This could be your chance to have the autonomy of being your own boss, whilst having a network of support, behind the scenes, to ensure your success. As part of the team here at Genesis Fitness Bentley, our primary focus is to create a comfortable working environment and an enjoyable atmosphere all whilst giving you hands-on experience in the industry. We will also cover ongoing, extensive business & practical coaching, a mentor, internal monthly workshops, a cap on trainers in a club with a HIGH trainer-to-member ratio as well as a Genesis Fitness membership.

For the right person, there is also paid coaching work in our group training programs, are you someone who loves driving groups to succeed?

Not Qualified as a Personal Trainer? 

For unqualified professionals, opportunities exist in sales, reception, and management (experience required).

Not yet qualified and looking to study to become a Personal Trainer, we can assist with the Genesis Academy with guaranteed placement on graduation. We encourage all aspiring Personal Trainers to apply!
