I have trained with Cindy for 9 months. I have always been a big girl for many years, didn’t care what goes in my mouth as long as it makes my tummy happy. But that happiness was only temporary especially when I look at myself in the mirror. I can’t stand looking at myself on photos. From size 18 down to size 12, I can’t even recognise myself in the mirror anymore. I’ve never seen myself this skinny for many years. I never thought that I could do it through Cindy’s guidance.

I have only trained with Cindy less than 6 months but it was a very important period of time. Not only the fitness or the equipments she gave me but also the concept of how to improve my health. Besides she has been very supportive and caring for me, it is very sad that I need to leave her due to some circumstances. Best experience you could have for your personal trainer.

I have been training with Cindy (Fit4life) for a year now - 1 on 1 training session at her Homebased Gym in Hurstville. Her advice on eating as well as the training sessions have dramatically changed my fitness level, eating habits, overall energy and drive. I never liked gyms so the 1 on 1 training sessions with Cindy are perfect for me. I would highly recommend Cindy Fit4life for anyone who wants to get fit and in shape or anyone wanting that extra motivation.

I've been training with Cindy for more than 6months and I am feeling so much stronger than before. I've lost weight and my knee,hip and back injury are improving. Training with Cindy is not just about weight loss but improvements to physical issues and gain energy. My fave thing about Cindy's programs is she showed me that I could workout without fear. That I am able to lift weights and gain even more strength. Cindy is very professional and I enjoyed all my sessions with her. I saw a lot of positive change. As a girl that usually hates the gym and exercise in general, I absolutely love training with Cindy! Cindy listens to you and works with you to achieve your goals. I am currently doing a mix of Pilates using the Pilates machine and weights training which is challenging but so much fun! I never thought I would enjoy exercising so much but now I look forward to my training sessions where I can get on the machines and start sweating. Thanks to Cindy I am now better, stronger, fitter.
