When I first started into fitness I didn't know where to look, there were so many options. A work colleague and friend advised of David and his training sessions. I decided to give it a go, so with a few friends we joined up to his weekly fitness sessions. After my first one, I was hooked, dedicated and eager for the next session. David had a range of exercises that were diverse and sometimes challenging, which was what I was looking for. I was a regular attendee and enjoyed every class, as David always mixed it up to keep me interested. I found myself getting stronger and fitter with each session, and keenly awaited the next. When David started extra sessions, I attended those also.

I have noticed I am stronger than I have ever been. David aims to make every bootcamp a different experience, encouraging you every step of the way, with a wide variety of activities and focusing on different parts of your body and fitness levels. He allows you to have input and makes adjustments for either injury or limitations you may have. David is very friendly, approachable, encouraging and generally cares about your fitness journey, he provides you with a non-judgemental approach, he likes feedback and this is not to make himself feel good, this is a genuine interest in you and your fitness journey. I highly recommend David.

I couldn't recommend David enough for all for fitness and training purposes, he is very friendly, professional, motivating and encouraging. I'm always comfortable at every session and love the results. David focuses on your goals and will get you there without a doubt, very affordable prices also.

I saw a Boot Camp class advertised and thought I might go along and give it a try. I remember walking in the door feeling so nervous! I absolutely loved the first session and couldn’t wait until the following week. Not long after the first session, I got my husband to come along and he also loved it! Being working parents, its hard to fit exercise in sometimes with kids sports etc but we are able to take our kids to the bootcamp sessions and David also works around times that suit us which is great. We now train with David twice a week and it’s awesome! We love the fact that every session we do is not only challenging but different. We both feel fitter and stronger than ever.

I started training with David Rustage in September 2018 with the goal of building muscle/strength to assist with my recovery after open heart surgery which I am booked to have before the end of the year. I am impressed with David’s ability to create varied workouts considering my limited cardiac capability. I was nervous about training after being diagnosed with a heart condition, with David’s help and encouragement I am achieving things I never thought possible !! He is a great motivator and easy to get along with. He reads me well and adapts my workout if he can see I’m struggling, but still pushes me when he knows that I can tolerate it.

I have been attending a weekend training session with David Rustage at Body Motion Fitness and training for the past 6 months. I have found David to be professional, encouraging and supportive in my journey to improve my fitness and muscle tone. David has listened to my needs and help me set personal goals that together we can work towards. I am having some minor surgery to my shoulder, and I want to strengthen my upper body to help in my recovery, I spoke to David about this and he has put together upper body strength building exercises to give me the best chance of a quick recovery, why also supporting me and encouraging me. The sessions are enjoyable and fun, even though it's hard work

David Rustage mentored me through my Complete Personal Trainer Certificate IV in Fitness course. David assessed me on multiple areas, including; functional training, programming, postural analysis, anatomy, specific population/age considerations and conducting fitness appraisals. David has incredible knowledge of all things fitness and ensured I was able to successfully complete my course.
