Nicola was an employee of The Royal Sydney Golf Club Fitness Centre as an Exercise Specialist for a period of three years. She proved to be a diligent, reliable and professional team member. She demonstrated her expertise in designing and delivering a range of group exercise classes including Aqua and Pilates Reformer. Nicola also facilitated one on one Personal Training sessions and Private Pilates, for which we received extremely positive feedback from our members. On a personal level, I found Nicola to be a trustworthy and energetic team member that always adopted a positive attitude to her role. She was much loved and will be sorely missed by her colleagues and our members alike.

I have been a regular member of the RACV Healesville gym for the past 6 years, attending 5 days per week and participating in many the varied classes offered, whilst we have had some very good instructors none have come close to Nicola's outstanding expertise and dedication. Her knowledge and experience are evident in all her classes from Pilates to aqua aerobics, Nicola varies the activities constantly, keeping them both challenging and interesting, always offering options that cater for all from beginners through to advanced. Nicolas has outstanding communication and people skills; she is always welcoming and shows a genuine interest in those that attend.

Nicola commenced employment in October 2003 in the capacity of membership sales consultant. Following a tremendously successful 6 months Nicola was promoted to Sales & Marketing Manager, driving a sales team of 3 to deliver both performance targets and the company brand standards, coordinating all of the local marketing and advertising and supporting the business in its strategic objectives for both retail and membership income growth.
