Ruth is a WONDERFUL teacher and we miss her so much. She has a beautiful, quirky manner that our students adored. She's very real and honest. We loved that she was very authentic about her own yoga journey and she brought students to the mat that may have felt intimidated by "instagram yogi's" with her authenticity and humour. We would be very happy to recommend Ruth to any gym or yoga studio. She's a great teacher!
