I have been immensely lucky that Tanya Lewis has been training me for the past 2 years. Our weekly sessions are a mixture of strength training, core work/pilates, and some more high-intensity exercises. For the past two years, Tanya has been providing a weekly fitness class which I have thoroughly enjoyed. Each week's routine is different and varied but Tanya's enthusiasm and motivation never waivers. Due to ongoing back issues, Tanya has gone above and beyond to modify the exercises so that I can complete the workout safely but always feel challenged. Tanya's workouts are unique - fun, motivating and intense; the perfect ingredients and balance for time-poor working mothers!
