I have an extensive background in the health and fitness industry, being qualified as both a Personal Trainer and Pilates Instructor for over 12 years. As well as having a strong passion for Pilates, I cover most areas of physical training, nutrition and lifestyle coaching with my clients.

Training is about consistently learning something new. I'm always aiming to further my knowledge and use that to have a positive impact on as many people as possible.
