I have been attending Michelle’s Pilates classes for the last three months after wanting to try Pilates for some years. Her classes are fantastic! She is very attentive to all members of the class irrespective of the diversity in age, skill, or fitness. Michelle’s style of teaching is clear and easy to follow with each class building on skills learnt in the previous session.

Just finished another amazing Pilates class with Michelle! As a complete beginner to Pilates, Michelle makes you feel very comfortable in her classes. The mood is light and fun, and everyone is encouraged to push themselves regardless of their ability. Her instructions are clear and simple, and the exercises seem to be tailored to everyone with harder and easier options available. Classes can be tough (a good thing!) but highly rewarding, especially when you walk out with your legs feeling like jelly!

As a person who is quite uncoordinated and not highly motivated when it comes to exercising, I was reluctant to join a Pilates class. After making the decision to trial one class, I am feeling more motivated than I ever have to continue on with an exercise routine, and now look forward to participating in my weekly Pilates session. Michelle's ongoing encouragement and positivity have made her Pilates classes a pleasure to attend. With each session I can feel my flexibility improving and my body strengthening. Michelle has ensured that each session is kept interesting by introducing a range of different exercises, which has kept a beginner like myself, continuously learning and motivated.

Michelle is a great instructor in that she is very thorough and detailed with her explanations. She is able to change her wording to attend to beginners as well as advanced participants. Having only done Pilates once before, I enjoyed it much more during Michelle's class. She can also identify really well whether a certain participant is ready to move up to a more difficult variation of the exercise, so in this way she is accommodating to all levels. I'd definitely recommend her classes!

I started training under Michelle’s guidance at Curves Cronulla in 2013. As someone who has never regularly engaged in resistance training, Michelle made it very easy to commit to and enjoy my new training program. Michelle was always watching my technique to make sure I was performing the exercises correctly and always found new ways to inspire and motivate me to enjoy my workouts.

As I am not the most fit person I was nervous going into an exercise I have never done before, however Michelle has made it so easy and comfortable to join into the group. Michelle's teaching style accommodates to each individual in the class to which level they are at and is always helpful when were not sure if were doing movements correctly. Overall I really enjoy Michelle's class and feel better after every class.
