My passion for health and fitness has continued throughout my life. It began on a professional level before there was an accredited course available to gym instructors. Most of all, I love helping others reach their own personal health and fitness goals. Special interests include nutrition, resistance training, postural assessment and functional movement, and dance. In the past I have also gained experience working for medical specialists, and, in the golf industry.

As a personal trainer, I turned my passion for fitness into a fulfilling career by creating a welcoming home gym with my husband. My focus is on one-on-one training, allowing me to provide personalised attention and help find the right fitness and nutrition approaches that suit each individual's needs. I believe in promoting a healthy lifestyle without sacrificing the joy of living life to the fullest. With over a decade of experience competing in bodybuilding competitions, specifically in the figure category, I've met many incredible people and gained valuable insights into the world of fitness. Being a registered fitness professional for many years, my dedication and the courses I've completed are recognised by Fitrec, fueling my ongoing enthusiasm for helping others achieve their fitness goals.

I was a stay at home mum with two young children. My local gym had a maildrop special on. I ended up joining and after a year thought I would do a course so I could learn more and to use my brain as well. I qualified in 1996 and have been active in the fitness industry ever since.
