With over 20 years in the fitness industry, I bring experience, knowledge, and a genuine passion for movement to my work. Originally from South West Western Australia, I relocated to Queensland three years ago and continue to deliver high-quality, client-focused programs across aqua fitness, land-based training, and Reformer Pilates. I specialise in working with the senior population, with a strong focus on building strength, balance, coordination, and functional longevity — both in the water and on land. My sessions are thoughtfully designed to promote independence, confidence, and overall wellbeing within a supportive and professional environment. Outside of my work in wellness, I am a proud mother of two and grandmother of three. I enjoy spending time outdoors — particularly at the beach — walking my dog, and gardening. These activities reflect my belief in staying active and connected to nature at every stage of life.

I have an immense appreciation for the fact that great things happen in small steps, with each step opening and enlightening the path to the next. I created LEAP n2u Fitness as a supportive movement coaching and personal training business because I appreciate the power that movement and exercise can have over our mental outlook and confidence. My goal is to get you moving better, feeling better, living better and believing; so that you start taking the steps towards YOUR great things! My drive is to inspire women over 40 to tap into their passion for life and fulfillment through movement and exercise. It is this drive that motivated me to fully commit to training for her first Aquabike race in 2018. My philosophy is that mindful application of exercise and fitness goals is the key to unlocking a capable body, a happy human, a bright mind and a fulfilled spirit. Personal fitness pursuits should build you up and light the way to becoming your authentic self.
