Realising the corporate world wasn’t for me, I built a career in the health and wellbeing sector to share my knowledge and passion. I’m here to create a supportive and accessible environment for clients, member and class participants to learn, grow and thrive. I love working with clients to build healthy movement habits. This includes developing strength and building muscle, improving mobility and flexibility, and learning new skills and movement patterns. I’m not interested in quick fixes and hacks. I want my clients to develop sustainable habits which create a lifetime of self-care including physical and mental well-being and health. Sharing my passion for movement and wellness drove me to become a certified yoga teacher and group fitness instructor for various Les Mills programmes
