I’ve worked with clients of all levels, creating personalised workout plans and motivating them to reach their goals. In my previous role at The Fitness Factory Nenagh, Ireland and Denman Athletics, Vancouver, I led both one-on-one and group sessions, focusing on safe, effective, and strength building workouts. I enjoy building strong relationships with clients and take pride in seeing their progress. My approach emphasises support, guidance, motivation, and long-term results through physique transformation.
