Kerrie Mewett
Hi, I'm Kerrie, the creator and director of #kezfit, Kerrie Core, and KHIIT (Weighted, Bench, Aerobics and Martial Arts). As a Fitness / Personal Trainer, I teach these programs at my private studio focusing on fitness and healthy living to promote good mental health and tailor personal training to suit individual clients goals. I have been a fitness trainer since 2003 and was awarded the LMAP Fitness Instructor of the Year in both 2008 and 2014. I opened my own boutique fitness studio in 2013, launching my own HIIT programs in 2017 and establishing my online presence with Kerrie Core and KHIIT in 2018. I now have 75+ online workouts available at kerriefitness.com. My studio, Kerrie Fitness, has been a finalist since opening (2014-2025) winning Outstanding Fitness Services in 2018 and 2023 Moving from Campbelltown studio to my private studio in Wollondilly, where my main focus is Personal Training.
Melinda Klarenaar
Melinda graduated from the University of Sydney in 1991. She completed her Sports Physiotherapy Masters and was the physiotherapist for Eastwood Rugby club from 1993 - 2013. Melinda has provided physiotherapy coverage for NSW’s Rugby Academy, U19’s and 21’s and provided coverage for Western Force Super 15 Rugby players in Sydney from 2012-2014. Melinda was also a volunteer physiotherapist for track and field at the Sydney Olympics in 2000. Melinda’s interest in aerobics and dancing injuries has come about from her aerobics instructing which she continues to do. She has produced an exercise video titled “Beat Backache” and has had TV appearances on “Sunrise”, " The Today Show" and "Sydney Weekender" discussing back pain and sporting injuries. Melinda was a lecturer at The University of New South Wales, UTS and TAFE for exercise and sports science students. She is also an accredited physiotherapist for the New South Wales Institute of Sport (NSWIS).
