Hi I am Tyson I have spent most of my adult life teaching pilates and educating clients from Europe to Australia, in gyms, fitness centres, corporate businesses, online one on one & group classes and in my own Pilates studio in Brisbane Australia. I have Over 12 years experience and have instructed over 10,000 classes in Reformer Pilates alone, countless classes in Mat Pilates, cardio-lates, boxing, spin, Les Mills, HITT and circuit classes. I have worked with 100s of 1 to1 clients for rehabilitation needs, weight loss, pre and post natal, helped gain higher performance for athletes by using the Pilates method. Each workout I have created for you on this platform will be challenging, keeping you motivated, makeing you stronger, leaner, fitter, whilst always working within the principles of pilates to create an ultimate functional toned body
