Originating in 2000 FitSmart provides high quality and efficient fitness outcomes for clients. It has now grown into a highly skilled organisation with a history of significant client results.
In 2019, FitSmart relocated to Brighton and an upgraded studio. Equipment includes cardio, fixed pin machines, free weights, fitballs, bosu, suspension gym rings, water weights and free form areas.
FitSmart provides achievable, yet challenging and sustainable exercise strategies for any age, gender and fitness level. Program strategies are individual, tailored into your specific needs. The exercises are fun, efficient and strategically aligned to your desired goals and outcomes.
We incorporate the latest knowledge of Fitness Strategies, Instability Techniques, Intensity Variation and Recovery Strategies to achieve highly efficient fitness strategies and results without injury.
