Claudia Burke
Been a Personal Trainer since 2005 and a Group Fitness Instructor since 2015. Became a full time trainer in 2016 when I left my full time position as a Project Manager. I have worked for many facilities during this time, have grown as an instructor and leader and helped many people change their lifestyle. Create a balance between High & Low exercise routines and offer a wide variety of knowledge and expertise. Would love to work as a Leader or Manager in the Fitness Industry eventually if given the opportunity. With Covid I've had to return to part time work as a Project Manager while taking a few classes after hours. Hopefully if some sort of 'normal' ever exists again, I will return to Full Time Group Fitness. This is my passion and where I thrive as a teacher.

Not only do I have the qualifications, experience and knowledge but by far my best qualities are my communication skills, relationship building and genuine care for my clients to achieve whatever goals they may have. My honest, supportive and genuine approach will give clients confidence that they are good hands.

With many years of ballet training and a Bachelor of Education in Contemporary Dance, my journey naturally led me into the fitness industry—over 30 years ago. Since then, I’ve experienced the industry from a variety of perspectives: as a group fitness instructor, manager, instructor trainer, personal trainer, and even competitive bodybuilder. These days, my passion lies in group fitness, particularly mind-body disciplines. I teach a range of classes including ABT, Barre, Mat & Reformer Pilates, Flow, and Yin Yoga.
