Been a Personal Trainer since 2005 and a Group Fitness Instructor since 2015. Became a full time trainer in 2016 when I left my full time position as a Project Manager.

I have worked for many facilities during this time, have grown as an instructor and leader and helped many people change their lifestyle.

Create a balance between High & Low exercise routines and offer a wide variety of knowledge and expertise.

Would love to work as a Leader or Manager in the Fitness Industry eventually if given the opportunity.

With Covid I've had to return to part time work as a Project Manager while taking a few classes after hours. Hopefully if some sort of 'normal' ever exists again, I will return to Full Time Group Fitness. This is my passion and where I thrive as a teacher.
