Group Fitness is a space for everyone and that is what I love to bring to my classes, a feeling of being together on this journey. My aim in pilates is to bring good technique and good fun together so the experience is uplifting. Music and mood setting is key. My happiest place though is on the yoga mat. It is honestly where life makes sense in both mind and body.

Samuel Carson
Hi, I’m Sam Carson, a personal trainer and online coach with more than eight years of experience helping everyday people build muscle, lose body fat and become stronger, healthier and more confident. Before becoming a coach, I served as an Infantry Soldier in the Australian Army, which shaped my approach to training: have a clear plan, stay consistent and keep showing up when life gets busy. As a father, I understand that most people do not have unlimited time to train or prepare every meal perfectly. My role is to simplify the process and provide personalised training, nutrition guidance, accountability and support that fits around your work, family and lifestyle. I created Muscle 4 Life because I believe training should deliver more than short-term results. My goal is to help you build a stronger, more capable body so you can look good, feel good and live long.
