Ian O'Dwyer

Ian O'Dwyer, known as OD, has a diverse 30-year career in movement and fitness. As a Movement Coach, Sports Conditioner, Personal Trainer, Body Worker, Global Educator, Author, and Mentor, he's renowned for his holistic approach. Leading the OD on Movement Performance Studio for 24 years in Queensland, he's also a pivotal figure in global fitness education, notably with PT on the Net and as a co-founder of PTA Global. Currently, he co-leads Feel SOMA, blending innovation with a deep understanding of movement and tissue conditioning. Ian's inclusive, practical and enjoyable coaching focuses on emotional, mental, physical, and spiritual growth, offering transformative experiences. His ability to connect, observe, and inspire instant change in individuals and teams is celebrated worldwide, making him a respected and beloved figure in the industry.
