Cindy Rella
I’m Cindy Rella, a lifestyle athlete, movement coach, and founder of Rella’s Movement Studio. With over 30 years in sport, from earning my 4th Dan in Karate and completing the Ironman World Championship to becoming a multiple Kettlebell World Champion, I’ve learned that real success doesn’t come from training harder, but smarter. After burning out from chasing goals, I discovered the power of listening to my body, adapting, and finding joy in movement. That shift not only brought me my greatest athletic achievements but also inspired me to create Rella’s: a safe, inclusive studio where every body can build strength, mobility, and confidence. At Rella’s, we focus on sustainable human movement, bridging the gap between personal training and allied health to improve healthspan, prevent injury, and empower people to thrive. My mission is simple: help every body move with purpose, for a purpose, embrace change, and be their own brave. That’s our fitness difference.

Maxine Johnson
I am a big believer that everyone has the ability to be the best that they possibly can be. I have experienced how hard to Health and Fitness journey can be, ( having been on that journey myself) and its very daunting for some to start training with someone. I like to encourage clients to believe in themselves and their own abilities, with them knowing I will be there with them, believing in them too. I like to see clients grow within themselves, and amaze themselves over something I knew they were capable of all along, especially if they step outside there comfort zone.
