As a woman in my 50’s, over the years I have seen my share of injuries and challenges that have threatened to derail my motivation time and time again. That is why my health and wellbeing programs focus on providing you with sustainable and safe solutions that are right for you and your circumstances.
Health is so multifaceted. To be healthy literally means to be whole and I am passionate about helping you to lead a full, happy and healthy life. Life isn’t just sunshine and rainbows, it comes with its ups and downs, that’s why it’s important to have a great support network so you can reignite your spark within.

This is training smart!! I met Jude at the gym and was learning from her before I became a client. Jude's knowledge base is extremely vast! She's got something for everyone! I did a heavy leg session in a small group & I have also utilised her services to write me a kettlebell program to take with me when I travel. With the kettlebells... I learned the proper techniques & form to use this equipment which is really important. I am extremely keen to add her other programs such as the stretching & mobility classes. I really need this!!

I used to do over 12hrs of exercise a week at different classes over different gyms which cost a fortune plus they didn't even know I existed and I didn't feel comfortable to ask for help or guidance. Then I found Jude's group for Metafit and Metapwr which was only 30min classes. The location, price and timetable had me interested but I kept putting it off and thinking 30mins is pointless. Then Jude had an offer for first week for $5 so I had nothing lose. 5mins into the class and I couldn't breathe and felt so unfit! Thanks to Jude I've learnt that less is more and now spend less time working out but with greater results (body shape has changed, weight loss, muscle growth, stamina, fitness)

I started with Jude at Just Move It Health and Fitness about a year ago and am now doing 4 classes a week. It has been a slow process but I can see the changes to my body strength-wise as well as my attitude towards exercise.
I have a bad knee and have been told that I need a total knee replacement but I am trying to put this off for as long as possible. In the last few months I have not had to take any pain medication for my knee and that is because with Jude's help I have strengthened the muscles around my knee and I can actually do squats without any pain. Jude understands that we all have different capabilities and its ok to go at your own pace.

I started with Jude during my first pregnancy for support and guidance training through pregnancy - 2 babies, chronic illness and 3 major surgeries - almost 4 years later we call JMI our 2nd home, support for me to train through recovery and love towards the kids everyday. Jude's beautiful nature, extensive knowledge and mixture of sessions keep us coming back 5 days a week.

Love the "mobility" sessions and the Saturday morning "stretches". It has really loosened my back and hips and I feel great afterwards. It's a great way to end the week after tough challenging classes! Jude has also given me valuable nutrition and supplements advice and personal time to work on my injuries. Lovin it!

You are very knowledgeable in the way the body works and love the way you care about your clients in their mobility, health and fitness level. Finishing off the week with Trigger point foam rolling was really fantastic. Love your program. Will defiantly be back when I come to visit at Christmas time. $35 for the week is very reasonable for what you get out of your classes. Will certainly recommend you to others. I've started some pt and mobility sessions with Jude. Also join in on some of her Metafit classes (these are fantastic HIIt). Jude is an absolute wealth of knowledge. Can accurately assess where your body needs more attention - pretty much at a glance. I can't recommend mobility sessions highly enough. My body is loving the release. Especially if you are someone who trains regularly. Genuine and easy going.

I originally saw Jude to help me work on general fitness, she did an amazing job helping me to feel better about where I was at.After a few months I decided to give triathlons ago and after the first one decided to ask Jude for some help once again.After setting a training plan over a 12 week period with me Jude guided me a great position where I felt like I could take on any challenge.I undertook a training event 4 weeks into the plan and noticed an immense improvement in just that short time.Thanks to Jude's training and guidance I was able to succeed where previously I was literally floundering (in the water).
