I have been involved in the fitness industry since 1987 and have worked across a number of fitness centres in Melbourne and Wangaratta over that time. I have experienced many styles of group exercise classes and kept abreast of new trends and updated research and have thoroughly enjoyed sharing my love of physical fitness and movement with many hundreds of participants. I attend regular professional development workshops in the programs listed above and regularly meet the minimum re-registration requirements for education credits. I attend many workshops - in person & on-line workshops with in order to upgrade my qualifications and diversify my teaching skills. Since July 2020 I have been delivering in face and online Pilates classes with a physiotherapist in Wangaratta. These classes have met a demand in Wangaratta for women aged 40 -60 who are looking for other forms of exercise that focus on bone health, are menopause friendly and are designed for women.

• Engaging on-stage presence, people love my classes. High attendance rates! • Trained and certified in Zumba, BodyStep, BodyVive, BodyPump, BodyJam, CXWorx and Sh’Bam. Also a freestyler. • Able to motivate & inspire people of all ages and level of fitness. Delivered more than 15,000 group fitness classes over the past 22 years. • Besides teaching classes I was a Group Fitness Manager in Fernwood Belconnen and Gungahlin where I mentored instructors and managed the group fitness programs. • In 2004 I was awarded Fernwood ACT’s “Personal Trainer of the Year” and my work has been recognized with many other awards as well. Independent classes - Dance with Rose in Canberra since March 2019. Currently mentoring instructors. Some of my class attendees have been following me for over 20 years!
