I have been in the Fitness Industry for over 30 years. What started out to be a part time interest with a bit of pocket money on the side, became a life long career which I’m still actively working in. My journey has been diverse and I have met many people along the way that have inspired, motivated and driven me to to provide the best service I can deliver. I have done many different variances in my career, group fitness, PT, re-habilitation, sport coaching, special populations, manager, coordinator, to name a few, and with every different variance , I have taken away something that I can collaborate to make me an adaptable , wholistic trainer.

Hi, I’m Michelle! I first became a Licensed Zumba Instructor back in 2010 — and from the very first beat, I was hooked. The energy, the community, the pure joy of moving to music... it all lit me up and hasn’t left me since! Over the course of my 15-year Zumba journey, I took a short break to welcome my three beautiful children into the world, but Zumba has always been a part of my life, whether it was spontaneous kitchen dance parties or blasting feel-good playlists to shift the vibe of the day. What I’ve come to realise is that Zumba isn’t just a workout, it’s a celebration. It’s about connection, confidence, and carving out time to let go, move your body, and feel really good together. I’m more excited than ever to share this joy with you. Whether you're dancing for fun, fitness, stress relief, or self-love, my class is your space to show up exactly as you are. Come dance with me, let’s laugh, sweat, and feel amazing for a full hour of fun!

Kia Ora My first taste of exercise started in a small country town in NZ, where my sisters and I had nothing else to do but go outside and play, Jump Ropes, Climb Trees, Ride Bikes and Play Sport . I went on to play social and representative sport in Rugby Union, Rugby League, Touch Rugby, and Softball. I’ve started working in the fitness industry in NZ and was one of the youngest aerobic instructors in NZ (16) I travelled aboard to work in the fitness industry , UK , Ireland and Greek Islands and Australia . I care deeply about member's, and people and there’s nothing of more value to me than helping somebody go through an experience that makes them happy, confident, and strong. Getting fit mentally and physically isn’t easy, it takes work and time, my passion is to encourage healthier lifestyles which builds healthier communities. Shaun Jewell
