National Health & Fitness Academy - Alumni

Satishkumar Jagabhai Mistry

I specialise in helping busy adults, including parents and professionals, achieve sustainable health and fitness goals. My background in coaching, leadership, and mentoring within the IT industry has equipped me with exceptional communication, motivation, and goal-setting skills essential for driving client success. I myself achieved a successful transformation journey and a healthier lifestyle while working full-time in IT, balancing my commitments as a husband and father to two children. Now, I have decided to leave my desk-based job and focus entirely on Personal Training / Online Fitness Coaching to help others do the same.
