My background in coaching, leadership, and mentoring within the IT industry has equipped me with exceptional communication, motivation, and goal-setting skills essential for driving client success.

I myself achieved a successful transformation journey and a healthier lifestyle while working full-time in IT, balancing my commitments as a husband and father to two children. Now, I have decided to leave my desk-based job and focus entirely on Personal Training / Online Fitness Coaching to help others do the same.
