Hello, my name is Philip I have carved out a life over many years to now beginning this new venture as a fitness trainer, I am single no children & come from a very old family based on traditional values which have given me great foundations. I have had a great hardship over the last couple of years having lost both my beloved parents without them I would have nothing, but I took the step to build this new venture & am hoping it will be prosperous & rewarding. I have many areas of focus from weight loss to gaining lean body mass focusing on my favorite specificity whether building one muscle group to achieving the perfect shape that we all want, BY CHOICE BY CHANGE, how far I take this journey is still yet to be seen whether sticking to in club or developing an online video series so stay tuned.

I am passionate about empowering others, especially women and older clients, and creating holistic transformations through fitness. My aim in life, and also through fitness, is to embrace and live life with the C.A.R.E. mantra! The goal is to have the attitude of consistency, accountability, resilience, and empowerment! My go-to post-workout meal is Greek yoghurt with frozen strawberry shavings, berries, and a drizzle of honey (or a Rokeby smoothie on busy days). Outside the gym, I love writing poetry, playing bass guitar and drums, and catching beautiful sunsets.
