As a Personal Trainer and accredited Mental Health First Aider my aim is to not only improve my client’s physical health, but also their mental health. I work with my clients to ensure that their program's are safe and effective while making them fun and enjoyable. I believe that exercise plays an integral part in our overall health and well being, as we cannot separate our physical, mental and emotional health.
