Hi, a yoga practitioner for over 30 years and a yoga instructor since 2014, I have also completed Certificate III in Fitness and have a Mat Pilates 1 certificate, which give me the opportunity of teaching a broader range of group fitness classes. My classes are designed to improve mobility, strength and flexibility, and to also be enjoyable!
