My name is Connor and I'm a new to industry Personal Trainer based in Langwarrin, Victoria! My training background starts during my time in high school when I decided that I was going to join the Royal Australian Navy after high school. I started training at the age of 15 to meet the entry requirements for service which involved a combination of bodyweight strength and cardio based aspects. I joined the Royal Australian Navy in 2019 where my love and passion for fitness grew exponentially as I needed to keep myself mentally and physically 'fighting fit' so I could be at the top of my game both here on land and out on deployment at sea. After I left the Navy, I decided that I was going to pursue both my love of fitness and dedication to serving the community by becoming a Personal Trainer and helping those around me also 'fight fit'. Whether it be physically, for mental health, or just an excuse to go out and lift heavy things while having a chat, I'm here for it.

As a passionate and technically-driven personal trainer, I specialise in perfecting movement patterns to ensure that the right muscles are targeted during every exercise. My approach focuses on quality over quantity, helping clients build strength and mobility in ways that promote long-term health and performance. I believe that mobility training is often overlooked, yet it's one of the most crucial aspects of overall fitness. Through dedicated mobility work, I help my clients improve joint health, flexibility, and movement efficiency, all of which play a key role in injury prevention and overall body longevity. Above all, my training philosophy centres around creating sustainable habits that lead to lasting results. By focusing on mindful, well-rounded routines, I empower my clients to build a foundation for a lifetime of health and vitality, ensuring they can continue to move well and feel great as they age.
