Fitness saved my life, and I would like to use my experiences and training to help others better their lives. My journey started in 2022 when I first started pursuing health by going to the gyn 3-5 times per week. From there, it snowballed and I became interested in all sorts of physical activity from hiking to tennis and lifting weights with others in-between. I understand how it feels to desperately want to make a change, but also to not know where to begin. Assisting people make the best of themselves has become my passion.
