I’m a passionate Personal Trainer with a strong background and interest in gym training, football and sport. I’ve always enjoyed being active and pushing myself to improve, which is what led me into the fitness industry. My name's Jordyn. I'm a personal trainer, and I enjoy helping people of all fitness levels become stronger, fitter and more confident, whether their goal is fat loss, building muscle, improving athletic performance or simply feeling better day-to-day. I especially enjoy working with people who want to improve their general fitness and health as well as perform better in a specific sport, while also helping everyday clients create realistic habits they can maintain long-term. My approach to training is supportive, motivating and goal-focused. I want my clients to enjoy their training, understand what they’re doing and feel proud of the progress they make.

With a background in dance and musical theatre, and having performed professionally since 2022, Lily has developed a deep understanding of the body and the importance of movement. Whether on stage or in the gym, movement has always been at the heart of everything she does. In 2026, after experiencing her first major injury the year before, Lily made the transition into gym instructing and personal training.Time away from dance and exercise showed her just how much movement contributes not only to physical strength but also to confidence, resilience, and overall wellbeing. Today, Lily is passionate about helping people move well, build strength, and feel empowered in their own bodies. She believes fitness should be sustainable and enjoyable, and firmly believes that the gym is a space for everybody no matter your age or experience. I am Gishe Abdi Wako, a Melbourne-based fitness professional. I have completed Certificate III in Fitness (SIS30321) and I am currently completing Certificate IV in Fitness (SIS40221) finishing November 2026. I bring 15 years of experience as an elite long-distance runner and coach. I have coached elite athletes in personalized endurance, strength, recovery and mental conditioning, and I have 4+ years as a sports retail specialist for Nike and Adidas.
