Kylie Tomassi
I have been a Personal Trainer in the Fitness Industry for 16 Years. My career began at Goodlife Health Clubs in 2006 starting as a Gym Instructor before coming a Rental Trainer. In 2014 I decided to leave the Gym and set up my own business called TriFitness as a Mobile Trainer. There are many challenges but I am finding it very rewarding. I enjoy working with mature adults, increasing their strength and vitality.
Paris Wages
PARIS WAGES founded the first Dance for PD® class in Melbourne in 2014 and has since received Dance for PD® teaching certification. She co-directed/choreographed the film “Stupendous: Dancing Through Parkinson’s” in 2018 with fellow Dance for PD® instructor Katrina Rank. Paris continues to teach two Dance for Parkinson’s classes at the Hawthorn Aquatic and Leisure Centre along with special events, dance concerts and therapeutic dance workshops. Ms. Wages holds a MFA in Dance from Florida State University and has performed with several companies. Paris is certified in Group Fitness and Core Yoga teaching community classes at the Hawthorn YMCA. She specializes in Barre, Groove and Pryme Dance classes.
Judy Wentworth-Ping
I have been working in the fitness industry for over 30 yrs. My focus now is Aqua Aerobics, which I have been teaching for over 30 yrs. I love to keep people active and to make excercise fun.

With almost a decade of experience in the health and fitness industry, Deb is a Pilates Association Australia (PAA) Group Mat Instructor, Older Adults Trainer, and Cert III and Cert IV Fitness qualified and registered trainer. Committed to lifelong learning, Deb continually expands her expertise across Pilates, strength training, functional fitness, mobility, balance and exercise for older adults. Her mission is to disrupt how older adults view themselves and their abilities within the context of exercise, empowering people to create lasting health, confidence and an active lifestyle.
