With almost a decade of experience in the health and fitness industry, Deb is a Pilates Association Australia (PAA) Group Mat Instructor, Older Adults Trainer, and Cert III and Cert IV Fitness qualified and registered trainer.
Committed to lifelong learning, Deb continually expands her expertise across Pilates, strength training, functional fitness, mobility, balance and exercise for older adults. Her mission is to disrupt how older adults view themselves and their abilities within the context of exercise, empowering people to create lasting health, confidence and an active lifestyle.

I have had the pleasure of knowing Deb for the past 4 years as she has built her fitness business for older Australians, and now enjoys a loyal number of members who regularly attend her classes.
She has a passion for working with people to encourage learning and mastery which is balanced by deep interest in, and compassion for, her members
I have participated in Pilates, exercise and boxing classes as well as boot camp classes run by Deb. . She varies her exercise programs at least weekly to provide variety as well as offering classes for differing levels of fitness.
I thoroughly enjoy all my sessions with Deb whom l admire for her kindness, knowledge, humour and enthusiasm.

I have been a participant/member of GFFL with Deb from the start. I find her program is incredibly helpful & varied & I look forward to the 2 sessions each week. She obviously puts in a lot of homework for sessions with visuals, demonstrations & help when required. She has also fostered a wonderful friendship between participants which I am sure helps mental alertness. GG.
Attending Deb's class each week has made such a difference to my life. I suffer from Spondylitis and Arthritis and participating in Deb's program each Monday, directed at helping my body cope with these conditions is wonderful. I practice some of these exercises at home and my 81 year old body definitely benefits. VG.

My wife and I greatly enjoy our sessions with Deb. Deb has a great ability to create a fun and supportive environment for the whole group and she genuinely cares for the needs of everyone there. Debs ability to modify the exercises to help everyone feel comfortable is also greatly appreciated. That is all part of the caring heart that she has for everyone there.

Hi, my mum has been extremely dedicated to learning all she can to better herself as a Pilates instructor. She's amazing for people of all levels of fitness. I've been to a few of her classes at her gym, she has trained me one on one, as well as adapting home exercises and positions to entertain my daughter. She has shown me that Pilates doesn't have to be the stereotype most of us think about. She makes her classes very fun, brings her own element of relaxation and knows when to push or regress movements for clients based on their personal abilities.

Deborah has shown herself to be an awesome and caring pilates trainer who takes into account the special requirements of older or inexperienced adults. Her classes are fun and informative and also catered to various fitness levels through the use of different options. As a personal trainer she also has a strong focus on providing strength and agility to older adults and those recovering from injury. Her enthusiasm is infectious and the classes seem to love her. I would highly recommend her services to anyone new to fitness or returning after a prolonged absence or injury.
