About the Role:
We’re on the hunt for a motivated, humble, and team-focused Group Fitness Coach to join our crew. You’ll be stepping into a dynamic, fast-paced environment where energy, integrity, and passion matter just as much as programming and performance.

• Humble, coachable, and eager to level up your craft

• Confident in leading group training sessions with energy and care

• Someone who values connection, community, and bringing out the best in every member

Minimum Requirements:

• Certificate III & IV in Fitness

• Current CPR and First Aid

• Availability to coach 10–20 hours per week (early mornings and evenings with a sprinkle of Lunch time classes)
