BFT Croydon and Lilydale

We’re excited to announce that both BFT Croydon and BFT Lilydale are under new ownership and growing - and we need enthusiastic, qualified trainers to join us. If you’re energetic, client-focused and flexible to work across both studios, we’d love to hear from you. Start date: ASAP.

What we’re looking for

• Qualified group fitness instructors or personal trainers (relevant certifications required)

• Current first aid/CPR and working with children check (or ability to obtain quickly)

• Flexible availability across Croydon and Lilydale (daytime, evenings, weekends as needed)

• Reliable, great with people, and committed to delivering safe, engaging classes

Duties

• Deliver high-quality group training sessions consistent with BFT standards

• Provide excellent customer service and support studio managers

• Help with studio set-up/pack-down and light admin tasks when needed

• Contribute to a positive environment and help grow our member base
