If you’ve ever been more excited about a member’s progress than your own, we should talk.

We’re hiring a casual coach at BFT Hampton, and we’re looking for people who love being on the gym floor.

You remember names. You notice when someone’s ready to go heavier. You help the nervous newcomer settle in and give the regulars a reason to keep pushing. You can have a laugh with members while still being the person they trust with their training.

Those things matter here. So does the energy you bring to the team.

We want you sharing ideas, asking questions and getting involved. If you spot something we could do better, speak up. We want coaches who care enough to contribute.

We’ll put time into you, too.

• Get better at your craft. Mentoring, education and practical feedback you can use in your next session.

• Train with us. Free BFT membership for you and your partner.

• Enjoy the people you work with. A team that helps each other out, celebrates the wins and takes pride in good coaching.

• Have somewhere to go. Opportunities to grow across our 5 Melbourne studios as your skills and experience develop.

You’ll need:

• Certificate III in Fitness as a minimum

• Current First Aid and CPR

• The right to work in Australia

Cert IV, two or more years of PT or group fitness experience, and previous BFT experience are a bonus. Your attitude, willingness to learn and how you treat people carry plenty of weight with us.
