A Bit About Me
Fitness addicted since the late 80s! Ex Tennis Pro from South America. Group Fitness instructing since 1993. Had a fling with ZUMBA instructing from 2010 up to 2023. Coaching Crossfit since 2015. PT since 1996. Love exercise and it is what kept me going when I was under a serious health journey that required a full year of Chemotherapy and a bone marrow stem cell transplant at the end. Lucky to be alive today. Exercised all my life and the doctors said that is what kept my body and mind fighting.
